$400 base - $500 PREMIUM

Base Package - $400
Includes 40+ photos, professional editing, floor plan and 24-hour delivery
PREMIUM Package - $500
Includes everything in base, plus PLUS drone, Matterport 3D virtual tour and up to 4 photos with advanced editing (virtual dusk, staging, etc.)
This is the package I shoot most often, and for good reason — it covers a typical Seattle-area home from every angle that matters. I walk the property first to get a sense of the light before I start, then work through interior and exterior systematically so nothing gets missed. A floor plan is included, since agents tell me it's one of the first things buyers look for.
