Drone & Aerial Photography

Standalone package from $175 - Add-on from $75

Get a bird's-eye view of your listing with high-quality aerial photography and video. From sweeping neighborhood context shots to detailed property reveals, drone photography shows buyers what ground-level photos simply can't.

I've been flying commercially for over 10 years and am FAA Part 107 licensed. Every shoot is legal, insured, and professionally executed. Aerial is available as an add-on to any photo package, or as a standalone booking.

What's included

Add-on to any existing package: from $75
Aerial stills shot during the same visit as your interior and exterior photos. No extra scheduling, no second trip. Most add-on shoots include 5–10 edited aerial images.

Standalone aerial - photos only: $175
10–15 edited aerial stills. Ideal for real estate listings, construction progress documentation, land and acreage, and any project that only needs aerial coverage.

Standalone aerial - photos + video: from $300
10–15 edited stills plus a 60–90 second edited drone video delivered in HD and ready for MLS, YouTube, or social media. Includes orbit shots, reveals, and flyovers as appropriate for the property.

FAA licensed. 10+ years flying.

A lot of photographers have added a drone to their kit. I've been doing this commercially since drone photography was new, and that experience shows in how a shoot gets planned. Knowing which angles tell the property's story, how to work within airspace restrictions, and how to get clean usable shots even when the light isn't cooperating.

Every shoot is fully FAA Part 107 compliant. I handle all airspace checks and any required authorizations, so you don't need to think about any of that.

Frequently asked questions

What equipment do you use?
DJI Mavic 2 Pro. A professional-grade drone with a Hasselblad camera that delivers sharp, true-to-life aerial images and smooth 4K video.

How much does aerial photography cost?
Most real estate and construction projects start at $175 for a standalone aerial shoot. Adding drone to an existing interior/exterior package starts from $75. Video packages start from $300. Contact me for custom project pricing.

Is Curb Appeal Photo licensed for commercial drone operations?
Yes. I hold an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate, which is required for all commercial drone work in the United States. All registrations and certifications are current.

Is the drone service insured?
Yes. Drone operations are covered under Curb Appeal Photo's general liability insurance. Additional third-party per-use insurance is available for special circumstances or upon request.

Can you fly anywhere?
Most residential and commercial properties in the Seattle area are straightforward. Some locations near airports, military installations, or controlled airspace require prior FAA authorization. I handle that process and will let you know if it applies to your property.

Can drone be added to an existing booking?
Yes. Just mention it when booking and I'll build it into the same shoot. No separate trip needed.
