This is typically a full production day on-site including interior and exterior photos and drone coverage (video on request), built around what your marketing team actually needs, not a fixed package. I've worked with property management groups on renovation reveals and multi-unit projects, delivering a complete content set: property stills, a polished video, vertical cuts for social, and behind-the-scenes footage, all with full commercial usage rights.

Every project starts with a conversation about the space and how the content will be used, so the quote reflects the actual scope, not a one-size-fits-all rate card.

What's typically included:

Interior and exterior stills, professionally edited (scope depends on unit/project count)
Property video, edited and color graded, with licensed music
Vertical social cuts formatted for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
Behind-the-scenes content package
Exterior drone stills and footage (FAA Part 107 licensed, fully insured)
Perpetual, non-exclusive commercial usage rights across owned marketing channels — website, social, email, digital ads, and print

Pricing:

Commercial projects are quoted individually based on scope: property size, number of units, and deliverables needed. As a reference point, a recent full-day renovation reveal (3–4 finished units, stills plus a full video package) was quoted at $2,200, covering the production day, all post-production, and perpetual commercial usage rights. A 50% deposit confirms the shoot date, with the balance due on delivery.
